Technique: � 2 BCT 10 ml blood (8 ml minimum) from Streck and strictly follow shipping instruction.
� To draw blood, use provided butterfly needle to prevent backflow.
� Draw 10 ml (8 ml minimum) Blood in a kit provided by Oncquest Laboratories Ltd. and strictly follow shipping instruction.
� Complete the specimen identifier labels and affix to each BCT tube securely.
Rotate blood gently in tube at least 8-10 times. Do not shake.
Technique: Do not freeze Keep at 6-37 C.
Sample Collection Instruction: � Use only Cell-Free DNA BCT Collection Tubes supplied inside the LBx kits. Rotate blood gently in tube at least 8-10 times.
� Blood tubes contain chemical additives. It is important to avoid backflow into patient.
� Test requisition and consent forms must be completed and included in the specimen pouch. Include all other supporting medical documents.
� Do not freeze or refrigerate blood samples. Keep at 6-37 C.
� The included cold pack should be kept and used at room temperature. Do not freeze.
� During extreme summer conditions, the cold pack should be refrigerated prior to shipment collection for improved temperature regulation.
Sample Shipment
� Place the included cold pack at the bottom of the styrofoam shipping container.
� Keep cold pack at room temperature - do not freeze*.
