Technique: 7-8 ml whole blood /4-5 ml bone marrow in 3 Green top (Sod. Heparin) tubes. 3-4 ml whole blood /2-3 ml bone marrow in 1 Lavender top (EDTA)Send immediately by courier at 20-25C. DO NOT FREEZE. Specify date & time of sample withdrawn & brief clinical details on test requisition form.
