Technique: 4 ml. (2 ml. Minimum) Serum from 1 SST (Red top with no additive). Separate serum from cells within 1 hour of collection.

Sample Collection Instruction: Specify age, sex & day of menstrual cycle on test requisition form. Preferred sampling time - Day 2/3 of menstrual cycle.
