Flowcytometry: Markers (CD13, CD14, CD16, CD33, CD36, CD64, CD11b, MPO), Others (CD34, HLADR, CD45, CD117), T- cell Markers (CD7), B- cell Markers ( CD19). Plus Additional markers if required Molecular: RTPCRs for AML-ETO, PML-RARA, inv16; PCR for FLT3; NPM Mutation; �CEBPA Mutation

Technique: Flow Cytometry; RTPCRs; RFLP, PCR & Sequencing

Technique: 5-6 ml whole blood /4 - 5 ml bone marrow in 2 green top (Sod. Heparin) tubes AND 5-6 ml whole blood /3-4 ml bone marrow in 2 EDTA Vacutainers

Technique: 20-25 C for flowcytometry and 4-8C for PCR
