Technique: Karyotyping :4 - 5 ml Heparin anticoagulated peripheral blood & Molecular : 8 ml peripheral blood in 2 EDTA Vacutainers
OR Karyotyping: 3 - 4 ml. of heparinized bone marrow & Molecular : 3-4 ml. of bone marrow in an EDTA Tube.
