Technique: 2ml(1 ml minimum )sodium citrate Plasma. Transport to Lab within 4 hours. If this is not possible make PPP within 1 hour of sample collection. Aliquot PPP in transport vials and FREEZE IMMEDIATELY. Ship Frozen. Clinical History along with History of Drug/Medication, if any , for coagulation Disorder is mandatory.
