Technique: 4 ml. (2 ml. Minimum) Serum from 1 SST (Red top with no additive). Separate serum from cells within 1 hour of collection.
Wrap in aluminium foil to protect the specimen from Sunlight.
12 -14 Hrs. (Overnight) fasting is preferred.
