HBV DNA Quantitative PCR & HBsAg, HBeAg and Anti HBe Antibody Combo Panel

Technique: See Individual Assays

Technique: 4 - 5 ml. Whole blood submitted in 1 SST. Separate plasma/ serum within 1 hour of collection by centrifuging at 1800xg for 10 - 12 minutes. A minimum specimen requirement is 2 ml plasma/Serum.

Temperature: R (2-8°C) (12 hrs) F (-20°C) (>12 hrs) in dry ice.
