Technique: Real Time PCR

Sample Collection Instruction:4 - 5 ml. Whole blood submitted in 2 EDTA tubes. Separate plasma/Serum within 1 hour of collection by centrifuging at 1800xg for 10 - 12 minutes. A minimum specimen requirement is 2 ml. plasma. Send FROZEN (in Dry Ice). DO NOT THAW.

Technique: R (2-8°C) (12 hrs) F (-20°C) (>12 hrs)
