Sample Collection Instruction: 4 - 5 ml. Whole blood submitted in 1 EDTA / 1 SST. Separate plasma/ serum within 1 hour of collection by centrifuging at 1800xg for 10 - 12 minutes. A minimum specimen requirement is 2 ml plasma.
R (2-8°C) (12 hrs) F (-20°C) (>12 hrs).
Patient should be preferably on overnight fasting (10 - 12 Hrs.)
