Technique: Submit two specimen, one specimen in buffered normal saline and other specimen in 10% Formalin, Separately. The container must be leak-proof. Biopsy should measure minimum 3 mm. The Formal-saline should cover the specimen completely. Send at 18 - 22°C. Brief Clinical History in Histopathology.
