Technique: For PPP sample: 4 ml. (3 ml. Minimum) PPP (Platelet Poor Plasma) from 2 Sodium Citrate tubes prepared within 1 hr of collection. Aliquot PPP in 2 transport vials and FREEZE.
Technique: Platelet Poor Plasma: (-20C) in dry ice.
