Technique: Submit 2 ml(min. 1ml) semen in sterile screw capped plastic container. Specimen must reach the lab within one hour of collection. Abstinence of 3-5 day preferred. 4 ml. (2 ml. Minimum) Serum from 1 SST (Red top with no additive). Separate serum from cells within 1 hour of collection.
