Technique: Microscopy of Papanicolaou/ MGG
stained smears
Technique: Submit Body fluids in a sterile, screw capped plastic container. Mix with equal quantities of absolute alcohol. Alternatively centrifuge, make smears from deposit & fix in absolute alcohol for 30 minutes & air dry OR use a cytospray. Do not allow smears to air dry before fixation.
Technique: 18-25 C
