Technique: IF PATIENT < 15 YRS. OF AGE:
5ml. Whole Blood In 1 Sod. Heparin tube and provide brief Clinical History of the patient including accurate Date of Birth & Time. Another 5ml. Whole Blood in 1 Sod. Heparin specimen of a normal healthy child of same age & same sex as control is a must.
