Technique: 4 - 5 ml whole blood submitted in EDTA. Separate plasma/serum within 1 hour of collection by centrifuge at 1800 xg for 10-12 minutes.
A minimum specimen requirement is 2 ml plasma. Send FROZEN (in Dry Ice). DO NOT THAW.

5 - 6 ml EDTA Whole blood in 2 Lavender top tubes. Send refrigerated at 20-25C. DO NOT FREEZE.
Technique: Whole blood samples: 2-8C
Serum samples(-20C) in dry ice.
