Technique: 5gm (3gm Minimum) Stool in a leak-proof, plastic, screw capped container. Do not use match box or absorbent material.

Sample Collection Instruction: Tests can only be conducted on local sample ( reaching within 2-3 hours) . Outstation samples are not acceptable for any of the below mentioned test .
For 3 days before test avoid large dosage of NSAID[pain killers]/Aspirin/Vit C/Oral Iron
Patient should also avoid meat products and brushing of teeth with a hard tooth
