Technique: 4 ml. (3 ml. Minimum) Serum from 1 SST (Red top with no additive). Separate serum from cells within 1 hour of collection.
12 -14 Hrs. (Overnight) fasting is preferred.
4 ml. (2 ml. Minimum) Whole blood from a special metal free EDTA () tube.
2 ml. (1 ml. Minimum) Plasma from 1 Sodium Fluoride tube.
10 ml. (5ml. Minimum) Aliquot of Midstream Urine collected in a sterile, screw capped container in fasting State .
